KAMSFC lost to ASEB SC by 1 goal in quarterfinal of 4th CEM cup

Diphu, Mar 7: Fans of Karbi Anglong Morning Star Football Club (KAMSFC) was shattered after the team was defeated by 1 goal by ASEB SC in the 4th CEM Gold cup 2019 at KASA stadium on Wednesday.

KAMSFC made positive start and created many change but could not make it since ASEB SC was stronger. ASEB SC came together and defeated the local giant by a goal.

ASEB SC has a great change for the semi final berth. However one match left to be certain in the semi final while Morning Star still remained in the hunt for a semi final berth with one more match left at their disposal.

Sankata Club Nepal who lost the previous match against Salgaocar FC, Goa by 4-1 plays Java lane, SC Sri Lanka will be playing its first match in the quarter final league here on Thursday.

ASEB SC has a great chance for the semi final berth. However, only one match is left for Morning Star FC to decide its fate.

ASEB SC will face Thimphu City FC, Bhutan on March 10 while KAMSFC will face the same team on March 8, 2019.
