BJP Mass Rally Held at Hamren; More than 45 Persons Join the Party


HAMREN, Jan 04: A meeting mass joining meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was held at Hamren Town multi utility building ahead of Town committee elections 2019 on Friday.
The meeting was presided over by KAAC EM Rupsing Teron and attended by several top brass BJP leaders who include KAAC CEM Tuliram Ronghang as chief guest, Baithalangso MLA Dr. Mansing Rongpi, vice president of Assam Pradesh, BJP Longki Phangcho, incharge of BJP, West Karbi Anglong, Assam Pradesh Mukota Deka, president of BJP, WKADC Arun Terang, KAAC EMs Mongol sing Timung,Horen sing Bey, MAC Rina Terangpi, presidents and secretaries of District Mohila Morcha, Yuva Morcha, Kisan Morcha, all seven BJP candidates from different wards under Hamren Town, presidents and secretaries of Town Mondol BJP, Party workers and supporters.

More than 45 top party workers from both Congress and ASDC joined merged with BJP and made a commitment to work for BJP with authenticity. A huge number of denizens from Socheng and Hamren constituencies came forward and expressed their willingness to vote for BJP in the forthcoming elections.

While addressing the gathering, CEM Tuliram Ronghang mention that many facilities from the government would be directly provided to beneficiaries and some facilities from schemes like Atal Amrit Abhijan, Pradhan Mantri Awaz Yojana etc are already doing their respective rounds. He also promised to install 15 street lights at Hamren Town right after the Town Committee elections and an amount of Rs.5 crores will be sanctioned by Assam’s minister Piyush Hazarika in a short while for the development of Hamren Town Committee. CEM also promised to develop Hamren Town into a more modern and developed town.
