KAFACA Member Amphu Terangpi clears NET, Brings Laurel for KA


DIPHU, Aug 1: The Karbi Anglong Fine Artist and Craftsman Association (KAFACA) have expressed immense happiness over the success of its member Amphu Terangpi for clearing National Eligibility Test (NET) examination whose result was declared on Tuesday. This was informed through a press statement issued by its general secretary Sanjiv Kro.

Amphu Terangpi has completed the Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in History of Arts from Kala Bhavana Visva Bharati University Santiniketan West Bengal and presently studying PH.D degree in Folk Culture in University of Hyderabad, the organisation said.

“She is also the recipient of Junior Fellowship Grant Award in financial assistant for the year 2015-16.She is currently the members of Karbi Anglong Fine Arts and Craftsman Association (KAFACA) bringing laurel for the district of Karbi Anglong and the State of Assam, the Karbi Anglong Fine Artist and Craftsman Association (KAFACA) wish Miss Amphu Terangpi for her bright future and hope to bring more laurel in the field of art for the district, state and the nation,” KAFACA concluded.
