This year Youth festival is considered a much more anticipated festival because of the special efforts that were made by the organising committee of the festival by giving festival an international tactility to attract the people worldwide. This year the native organisers of the carnival Karbi Cultural Society(KCS) pair up with 1assam and mintlime to revamp the whole event outline. The motive of these organizations is to make up the media presence of the festival for the upliftment of the tribal community and also to mark and save the depleting tribal native culture.
